RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURN POLICY
In accordance with Romanian legislation, consumers have the right to notify the merchant in writing of their decision to withdraw from the purchase—without penalties and without providing any reason—within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
We accept returns within 14 business days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:

The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without any signs of use.

All labels, tags, hygiene protectors, and packaging must be intact.

Items must be returned in the original AXEL113 garment bag/packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling.
Customers must notify us in writing at customercare@axel113.com within 14 days of receiving the product, stating their intention to return it.
HOW TO RETURN A DOMESTIC ORDER (ROMANIA)
Returns must be sent exclusively via COLETE ONLINE to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
All international returns must be shipped exclusively using our DHL return account.
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure the return package is securely sealed and properly labeled.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the moment your return is received by our team.
Once your item has been inspected and approved, and it meets all the return requirements listed above, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery costs and any additional tax charges.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
IN-STORE & PICK-UP PURCHASES

All in-store and pick-up purchases are final.
