Taxes and International Duties:

It is possible that import taxes and duties may be charged by the local customs authority when the parcel arrives in your country. Taxes vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of, and where they are manufactured.
Please note that each country has different rules in this regard, so we cannot tell you exactly what customs duties may be charged. These are determined by the local customs officials upon import.
You will not always be required to pay import taxes or duties, but it is important to familiarize yourself with the taxes applicable in your country in case you are charged, to avoid any surprises.
If you choose not to pay the import taxes or duties and decide to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.

Consumer Rights and Return Policy:

According to Romanian legislation, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return a product or cancel a service within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason and without bearing any costs other than those of delivery.
In case the merchant cannot fulfill the contract due to the unavailability of the product or service, the merchant is obligated to inform the consumer of this unavailability, and the amounts already paid by the consumer must be refunded by the merchant within 14 days at the latest.

Products are shipped from the AXEL 113 headquarters within 1 - 5 working days from the order's completion.
