The use of the website, including but not limited to accessing, visiting, and viewing content or services, implies the client's acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client is required to monitor the terms and conditions regularly, as they may be updated, modified, or supplemented.
By using the website, content, or services, the client is solely responsible for all activities resulting from their use. Additionally, they are liable for any material or intellectual damages, or any other type of damages caused to the website, content, services, AXEL CREATIVE COMPANY SRL, or any third parties with whom AXEL CREATIVE COMPANY SRL has contracts, in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation.
Using the website, including visiting and purchasing products from www.axel113.com, signifies full acceptance of the terms and conditions under which these services and products are provided. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before finalizing an order to be fully aware when placing a purchase. To complete an order, the client must accept the specified Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by the seller without prior notice to the client.

The color of products displayed on the screen may vary depending on the quality of the computer monitor. Therefore, AXEL 113 cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the monitor are an accurate representation of the actual colors. Special offers, promotions, or discounts are valid until the indicated date or while stocks last. Prices for our products may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes, price alterations, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Warranty
According to Art. 4, letter b, Chapter I, of GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE no. 130 / August 31, 2000, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, "The consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product."
Products purchased from AXEL113.com can be returned in their original packaging within 14 working days from receipt, without penalties and without providing a reason, at the customer's expense, using the same delivery service used for the shipment. AXEL 113 may charge additional fees for returning used, damaged products, or items without packaging, to restore them to their original condition. These fees may range between 0 and 50% of the product's purchase value. AXEL113 will refund the order value within a maximum of 30 days from the written cancellation of the contract. The refunded amount does not include transport costs.
The Terms and Conditions comply with current legislation, including Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Law 51/2003 for the approval of Government Ordinance 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts.
Products to be exchanged/returned during the warranty period must be sent to the seller's location. The transport costs for returning a defective product will be fully borne by the buyer, who will then receive a replacement product at the seller’s expense, after the defect and the integrity of the seals have been verified. Defective products must be sent after prior notification to the seller, specifying the defect. Visible defects must be reported upon receipt. "Visible defect" means any defect detectable through a simple examination of the product. Any complaints regarding such defects submitted afterward will not be considered. Receipt is considered to have occurred on the same day the product was delivered or collected by the customer or their representative.
AXEL 113 is exempt from the obligation to provide a warranty if the products are found to have been mishandled, stored improperly, used for purposes other than those for which they were designed/sold, immersed in liquids, or came into contact with substances unnecessary for maintenance. AXEL 113 is also exempt from warranty obligations if it is found that the customer repaired the product improperly, regardless of whether the seller informed the customer of the conditions under which the warranty applies. Failure to meet the above conditions will result in the loss of the warranty.

Product Availability:
If, at the time of placing an order, it is found that any of the products included in the order are out of stock, AXEL 113 will immediately notify the user.
Client Obligations at Registration:
To benefit from the informational content of the newsletter provided by AXEL 113, the client agrees to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information according to the specifications in the corresponding form and agrees to submit this information correctly and fully. If AXEL CREATIVE COMPANY SRL believes this obligation is not being fulfilled, it reserves the right to block access to the website's services without prior notice, for a specified or unspecified period.

Choose the products you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the appropriate icon. The shopping cart will display the product name, size, color, and price. The price shown does not include the shipping costs within Romania. -
Personal Data
To complete the order, you will need to provide personal details, which will be included in our database for order processing and to simplify future orders on the site. The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users can, at any time, access the personal data they have provided and information regarding their placed orders. AXEL 113 reminds users that their personal data should be as accurate as possible to avoid confusion or errors during the product shipment. Additionally, whenever users explicitly request, they will receive information related to AXEL 113 via email. -
Order Confirmation
After completing the order, but before shipment, the user will receive a detailed summary of the order by email, including the identification of the ordered products, the total price, and delivery details. Once the order is processed, AXEL 113 will ship the package via a courier company within 5-7 business days. The package will reach the client within 48 hours of being picked up by the courier. -
Payment Methods
The payment for products will be made online, via bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Payments using methods other than those specified in these sales conditions will not be accepted. -
Online Payment
In the case of successful online payments, the transaction will appear on your bank statement under the name axel113.com. For online payments, we use the Shopify service. -
Transaction Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of a transaction paid by card, in accordance with current regulations, the issuing bank will unblock the amount held in the customer’s account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy. In case of already shipped orders, the corresponding transfer fees and commissions will be deducted, and the refund will include the value of the product minus the shipping costs. The product must meet the return conditions outlined in the "Delivery and Return" section below. For orders paid by card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return. -
Shipping Costs
No product sold through axel113.com includes shipping costs.
